Why This Documentation Will Work for You

Many clients seek assistance in creating documentation specific for their business and industry. While this request makes sense, it is important to understand what makes up a documented quality program. Quality documentation is divided into 2 parts or elements. Understanding this is very important to establish your program affordably. While it is reasonable to expect industry specific documentation to be required, the core elements of any Quality Management System are consistent and the same. Regardless of the type or size of your company your quality program will include the same elements used by everyone. This is the reason we can say with confidence this program documentation will work for your organization.

What About Documentation Specific for my Company?
The general activities involved in delivery of products and/or services are covered by the ISO guidelines in Section 7. Titled Product Realization the writers were careful to word this section in a manner that will work for any type of business. The result is an ISO standard applicable for all quality management systems regardless of business type.

Our Quality Control Manual details the policies required to fulfill the intent of ISO product realization. The policy specifies what must be done to ensure controls are in place for these activities, however the details regarding how you accomplish your product realization may be included in supporting documents like procedures and flow charts. As a result the manual presents a complete policy document, that may be issued immediately after receipt and template modifications are complete.

The specific processes involved in your business may be detailed in supporting documents and included in the Quality Procedures Manual .
